The Newburyport Parks Conservancy was established on the principle that the donor should direct how his or her donation will be spent.  We call it Donor Directed Giving. With Donor Directed Giving the Newburyport Parks Conservancy assures your tax-deductible donation to the city's parks and public spaces will be used entirely as you intend and not for administrative fees or other, unrelated projects.
